Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grab a lined baking tray.
- Start by combing melted butter, sugars and eggs in a bowl. Mix well until combined.
- Next, add the vanilla pudding mix and heavy cream to your wet ingredients and combine well.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl and then gradually add to the wet mixture. Don’t over mix!! Fold in the chocolate chunks at the very end.
- Scoop 2 tbsp sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and let the cookies cool before removing them from the tray.
