Gingerbread Fudge

Gingerbread fudge is recipe #3 of our “24 Days of Christmas” Holiday series where I share 24 recipes over 24 days as a virtual advent countdown to Christmas. Christmas is my favourite holiday, especially when it comes to baking, and I think there are endless creations that we can come up with to reflect the holidays. All 24 holiday recipes will be shared across instagram, tiktok and here on the blog where you can print off the full recipe for your baking pleasure!
The Recipe
You will not believe how incredibly easy this gingerbread fudge recipe is with only melted white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and spices. You can find the full instructions in the recipe card below, but I will give you the gist of this one! You start by melting your white chocolate and then gradually stirring in the sweetened condensed milk. You could use milk or dark chocolate for this recipe, but I think white chocolate is more gingerbread-esque.
Once you have melted and combined the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk it is time to add in your spices! A combination of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and gingerbread syrup is my favourite combination here but you are welcome to get creative.
Add these spices and mix well and then transfer to a lined baking dish like a loaf pan. Let this sit in the fridge for a few hours until it sets and then remove and slice. Recipe makes about 12 small bite sized slices of fudge.
